Confirmed discovery of a significant Copper Oxide at Carajas Copper Project

Recent exploration drilling results have confirmed the discovery of a significant copper oxide deposit at the 100% owned Antas South target on the Rio Verde property in the Carajas region of northern Brazil. Better results include:

The Company is now moving to full drill out of the Antas South Deposit with the aim of generating a JORC compliant resource. A second drilling rig is now operating at Carajas Copper with a third rig scheduled for August. Avanco is now firmly focussed on developing a pipeline of copper oxide deposits in the Carajas.
